Terms

The terms, published.

Last updated September 2026. These are the same promises the front page makes — written out properly so you can hold us to them before you have paid anything.

The proposal is the contract

Every engagement starts with a written proposal naming the pages, the deliverables, the price and the timeline. That document — not an email chain, not a call note — is what we work to.

Work begins when a deposit is received. The balance falls due on launch day, before the site goes live.

Changes are written too

Anything outside the agreed scope is a change order: we reply in writing within two business days with the added scope, the added price and the effect on the timeline, and nothing is built until you approve it in writing.

Two rounds of revision per page are included. Further rounds are quoted separately.

Ownership

You own your domain, your logo, your copy, your photography, your Google Business Profile, your analytics and the source code we write for you. From day one, and regardless of what happens between us.

We claim no lien over any of it and will not hold a domain, a hosting account or a repository as leverage.

Thirty days of fixes

For thirty days after launch, anything that does not work as the proposal promised is treated as a bug in our work: we fix it and we do not invoice it.

This covers defects. It does not cover new features, new pages or changes to what was agreed — those are change orders.

Care plans

Care is billed monthly in advance and runs month to month. Cancel with thirty days notice and there is no exit fee.

Care covers uptime monitoring, backups with a tested restore, security patches, SSL and domain renewal, two small content edits a month, up to two hours of small changes, and a same-business-day response on anything that breaks. New pages, redesigns, new features, SEO programmes and ad management are quoted separately.

What we do not do

We do not guarantee search rankings, positions or traffic volumes, and we do not publish a rate card — every engagement is quoted for its actual scope.

There is no financing and no payment plan. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform and never passes through us.

Ending the arrangement

Give thirty days notice, pay the final month, and take your domain, content and source code with you at no charge. We will help you deploy it wherever you are taking it.

Questions

Ask before you sign anything: [email protected]. If a clause here is unclear, that is our writing, not your reading — we will fix it.
