Privacy, in plain language.

Last updated September 2026. The short version: this site watches nothing, stores almost nothing, and the one form it has emails one inbox.

What this site collects

Nothing, by default. This is a static site: no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no cookie that identifies you runs on these pages.

The only request that leaves your browser carrying personal data is the brief form, and that goes to one inbox.

What you put in the brief form

Business name, your name, email, an optional phone number, what you need and an optional timeline. Those six fields are used for one thing: writing back to you about the project you described.

The form also carries two invisible defences — a hidden field only a bot fills in, and a timestamp that rejects anything submitted faster than a person could type. They exist to keep your inbox clean, not to profile you.

What happens to it

Your enquiry is emailed to Superuser. It is not written to a database, not added to a mailing list, and not shared with a third party. There is no newsletter to unsubscribe from, because there is no list.

We keep the email thread for as long as the conversation is alive. When it is not, delete it and it is gone.

Fonts and third parties

Typefaces are served from this domain, not from a font CDN, so reading the page does not tell a third party that you were here. The same is true of the favicon, the styles and the script.

Cookies and storage

One item is written to your browser: your light or dark theme choice, in local storage. It holds a single word, is never sent anywhere, and clearing site data removes it.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — a single email does all three. We reply in writing within two business days, the same as everything else.
